Meet Dr. Gerhardstein-Nader

Dr. Rebecca Gerhardstein-Nader is the co-author of the Reynolds Dyslexia Risk Assessment. Dr. Gerhardstein-Nader a has spent the last 14 years working as a project director, behavioral scientist. and psychometrician in research and development. She attended Florida State University and received her PhD in clinical psychology in 2005. She started her career at PAR, one of the country’s leading sources of neuro, educational, and clinical psychology assessments.

More recently, she worked for FurstPerson which operates in the industrial organizational market. She is currently the manager of test development at IPC where she develops certification exams for the electronics industry. She has vast experience with end-to-end assessment development including working with subject matter experts, writing items, collecting and analyzing data, running reliability and validity studies, quality testing, and writing product manuals. She is also the author of the VAS-Expressive and VAS-Receptive tests as well as the co-author of the FAR manual.
