Cancellations and Refunds of Continuing Education (CE) Webinars
A purchaser of an on-site or live, virtual training or webinar may receive a full refund if they send an email cancellation of their registration 7 days in advance of the scheduled
event.

No refunds are provided when cancellations are made within 7 days of the scheduled event.
For a full refund, cancellation notices of recorded CE trainings and webinars must be received prior to the handouts and URL link being sent to the registrant.

Handouts and links are usually sent within 24 hours of the registration/purchase.

If a purchaser of a CE recorded training or webinar is not satisfied with the content or encounters technical problems that prohibit the purchaser from accessing the recording, they may ask for a full refund of the purchase price of the CE webinar, provided they have not viewed the entire webinar.

Access to Recorded Webinars
Once a recorded CE webinar is purchased, the purchaser will have continued access to the content (lecture notes, handouts, and webinar recordings) for six months; at which point access to that content will be closed.

The materials provided as part of CE trainings and webinars are copyrighted and approval must be obtained from the Schoolhouse Educational Services and the presenter before disseminating any of the content to others. The CE webinars are intended for the express educational use of the paid purchaser.
